Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to your use of wisertranslations.com and to the apps and websites that Wiser Translations LLC ("we", "us") owns and runs. Some of our products have their own terms. If a product has its own terms, those terms come first for that product.
1. Who we are

2. Acceptance
By using our website or products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
3. Our products and services
We offer software, apps, websites and web agency services, including the products listed on our home page. We may change, pause or stop any product or feature at any time. We will try to give notice when a change affects paid users.
4. Accounts
Some products need an account. Give correct information. Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone used it without your permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use our products to break the law, harm others, send spam, spread malware, or attack or overload our systems. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or try to take source code from our products, except where the law lets you do so.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You give us a limited licence to host, process and show that content only as needed to run the product for you. You promise that you have the rights to the content you use with our products.
7. Our intellectual property
The products, names, logos, designs and code belong to Wiser Translations LLC or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of them. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use the products as these terms allow.
8. Payments
Paid products show their price before you buy. Payments may be handled by a third party such as Apple, Stripe or another payment provider. Their terms apply to the payment. Refunds follow the rules shown for the product and the law that applies to you.
9. Third-party services and links
Our products may link to or work with services we do not control. We are not responsible for those services, their content or their policies.
10. No warranty
Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind, including for fitness for a purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free use. See also our Disclaimer.
11. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Wiser Translations LLC and its members, staff and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Wiser Translations LLC from claims, losses and costs that come from your misuse of our products or your breach of these terms.
13. Ending use
You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if the law requires. Sections that by their nature should continue after the end, such as 6, 7, 10, 11, 12 and 14, will continue.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in Pinellas County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using our products after a change, you accept the new terms.
